As the 9th Annual Miami Spice Restaurant Program returns, dining-enthusiasts can look forward to fine cuisine from the Biltmore Hotel's signature restaurants Fontana and Palme d'Or.

"This will be the ninth year that the Biltmore participates in Miami Spice. Every year the success of Miami Spice at the hotel increases dramatically," said Dennis Doucette, General Manager of the Biltmore.

Chef Betania Salles recreates true north Italian cuisine at Fontana, complementing the authenticity of the food with the ambiance of an open kitchen and wood-burning stone. With a wine selection to match and a courtyard decorated with a fountain and lush landscaping, Fontana promises diners an exceptional Tuscan experience.

Palme d'Or provides a French treat, courtesy of highly acclaimed Chef Philippe Ruiz and Sommelier-Maitre D' Sebastien Verrier. The award-winning restaurant has been recognized by Zagat as "one of the best French restaurants in the country.

Each of these luxurious and elegant restaurants at the Biltmore will offer three course prix fixe lunches, at $22 per person, and dinners at $35 from August 1st to September 30th. Each menu will include an appetizer, entrée and dessert offering an average discount of 30-50 percent off the regular value (excludes tax & gratuity).
